A concept art and visual narrative project, initiated with random word prompts of "corn" and "superstition". It allowed me to explore my keen interest in mythology, and research British folklore in more depth. I explored the Triple Goddess deity, who has three distinct forms she can present in - the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone. I was also inspired by Robert Burn's John Barleycorn: A Ballad poem, which I used as the text for the comic I illustrated.
